Overview

This live-virtual class is for administrators who would like to explore SugarBPM and all it has to offer. Learn how to work with SugarBPM to create process definitions, process business rules, process email templates, and how to manage running processes.

Available in our Sugar Enterprise, Sugar Sell, and Sugar Serve editions. 

You'll learn how to: 

    • Create process definitions
    • Utilize Process business rules
    • Add Process email templates
    • Manage triggered processes

Recommended Prerequisites:

  • A minimum of 3 months of experience as a Sugar Administrator is recommended. Alternatively, completing one of the following courses before attending the Introduction to SugarBPM class is advised:
  • You should also be proficient in creating teams, adding values to dropdown lists, and creating fields independently.
