Ready Your Team
The second phase involves readying users to utilize the product and understand new systems and processes.
Goals:
- Ensure users understand new processes, how to utilize the tools, and why their participation is key to advancing the business goals
- Train users on new tools and processes
- Gain buy-in by eliciting feedback on the tool and new processes
- Enable key members of internal teams to act as champions/ambassadors for the launch, building excitement and interest ahead of go-live date
- Establish a resource bank that is easily accessible for use during and after launch
