Mirroring Sugar Care Services for CRM support, Sugar Market Services were explicitly created for customers using Sugar Market to provide them with the marketing automation expertise they (and their businesses) need to succeed.
What are Sugar Market Services?
Sugar Market Services gives customers direct access to marketing automation experts on an ongoing monthly basis and replaces the 8-week onboarding and implementation model previously in place for the product. This means customers will have fast and convenient access to experts across their entire contract so they can ask questions, get advice, build success plans and monitor progress.
The three packages range from the “advisor” level, which provides up to five hours of monthly guidance and support for one marketing contact; the “partnership” level, which includes everything in the advisor package and adds more frequent touchpoints, additional service hours, and shorter SLAs; and the “strategic” level package, which is best for upper mid-market and enterprise teams and can be tailored to meet specific company needs.
