We are very excited to announce the release of a redesigned and streamlined Events experience! It’s now easier than ever to organize in-person and webinar events in Sugar Market. With this release, Events will no longer use Legacy Email Builder templates, now you can use Email Builder templates to fine-tune your communications to participants.

Hi Therese. Through CRM sync settings in the Admin section of Sugar Market, you can connect to your Sugar Sell instance using appropriate credentials and then configure specifics objects to sync to and/or from Market and Sell.

Hi John, the instances I have in mind for how we'd use this feature, it'd be the ones we want to invite. I.e., the beginning of the event process. We have these contacts sitting in SugarCRM. How do we sync them across?

Hi John,

I had a question about the 'manage participants' part of the new events module. Can it only be done via import or adding participants? Ideally, we’d like to sync to a dynamic list from SugarCRM – is it possible to do that?
