As previously communicated, per SugarCRM policies, we are announcing the end of support and security maintenance for all Sugar Professional and Enterprise instances on version 10.x. Support of version 10.x instances will come to end on April 30, 2022.
SugarCRM strongly recommends you perform one of the following actions prior to the End-of-Support date on 30 April 2022:
If you or your customer cannot migrate to SugarCloud or upgrade to Sugar 11 by 30 April 2022, consider Sugar’s Upgrade Transition Program, which can provide extra time to plan an upgrade/migration to a supported platform.
