What new features and capabilities are available in the new release?
With Sugar Enterprise 13.0, SugarCRM is implementing a research-based redesign of the user interface (UI) and navigation, inspired by your feedback! This redesign gives you more visual real estate, serving up more relevant data to your fingertips to help increase your productivity and accelerate goal achievement.
The cleaner, highly intuitive design resembles other modern UIs you use daily (e.g., Outlook, Gmail, Slack, and others), enabling you to perform tasks more quickly. The simplified layout gives you more viewable space, making it easier to add more content to your dashboards, see more rows and columns in your reports with less scrolling, and increase the speed with which you can identify any changes to your account or prospect records. All these enhancements are building on our promise of letting the Sugar platform do more of the work for you!
In addition, new usability features have been added, particularly around Focus Drawers and reporting. These features are designed to help users and sales leaders get the information they need fast to make key decisions about their business. Additionally, new and enhanced document storage integrations help sellers provide customers and prospects with the information they need quickly and close more deals!
For customers that need service features like Service Console, change timers, SLA management, and out-of-the-box service reports, you'll be happy to hear that we're bringing them over to Enterprise in 13.0!
Finally, with this new release, Sugar is providing users innovative approach to forecasting that makes it incredibly fast and easy to extract insight from your Sugar data, including the ability to rack and analyze meaningful and actionable metrics, KPIs, and analytics in-platform, without the need to invest in a third-party tool.
