    Hi, I would find it really useful if there was a button that I could click that linked the Sugar Market record I am seeing to the corresponding record in CRM. "View in CRM" or something similar? At the moment I have to look at ID numbers on both sides to make sure I am viewing the right information. Thanks James

    I personally find the report module particularly tricky compared with other CRMs I have used. Other CRMs offer an 'as you build/interactive preview' of the report. Its easy to view and place your groupings etc when building the more complex reports and for those of us who are more visual workers/learners I know that it would make it much more of an enjoyable and easier process!

    Have the possibility to synchronising the contacts created in CRM with my mobile phone, give the option to call from the contact list via Sugar CRM and avoid logging into the app to log the call or interaction. This helps us to get the daily work done and also helps us to register more quickly.

    Add a mechanism whereby when you are creating anything (template, email, report, nurture, etc) your work is saved in the background. Then should you experience a connectivity issue or local system crash you can get back to where you were.

    I am loving the new Calendar options in v13 to allow colouring of calendar events based on module/filter conditions etc. and the benefits that the different calendar view Templates can have for giving insight into events within the calendar. However, one frustrating issue I have noticed is that, due to the visibility of Calendars being based on Team membership, all Administrator users automatically get EVERY calendar added to their "My Calendars"...

    Whilst it makes sense to use the Customer Self Service Portal role to control security for all portal users, we consider it extremely important to record not only the date and time the note was created on the portal but also the user login that was used to create the note. Ideally with links back to the contact for that login. Currently there could be numerous customer contacts using the portal for the one company and it is not possible to determine...
