Hi everyone!
A prospect of us has asked if there is any possibilities to integrate Sugar Serve with Zoom Phone (the VoIP system, not Zoom Meetings).
Their Customer Service Office use Zoom Phone to track case requests and provide support.
Then they'd like to have some features of Sugar Live (e.g. a popup that occurs when a customer calls Support) available for the integration between Sugar and Zoom.
I checked on Sugar Outfitters, but the two integrations are suitable only for meetings, and not for telephony.
Do you know how can we integrate these two sources?
