Tracker for Outlook

Is there any way to put a tracker in emails sent from Outlook that would be scored/reported in Sugar Market?

We use Sugar Sell and Market and seeing this data when viewing a Contact in Sell would be great.

It would be great to track day-to-day emails to prospects along with the campaigns from Sugar Market.

    Thank you for the question - that would be nice to have some feedback from the Sugar Market team about any possibility to employ Sugar Market externally

    I tried hard but failed to find options to create a message externally in Sugar Market, e.g. via SUgar Market API (market.apidocs.sugarcrm.com/) , so I came to the conclusion that it's hardly possible for any external systems including Outlook to employ SugarMarket capabilities.

    Since that endeavor, I use SendEmail from the Sugar Market dashlet in Sugar Sell to have the individual emails tracked - in fact sending them from within Sugar Market
    Btw, as I observe from IDs of Sugar Market Email Campaigns, the hidden Email Campaign record is created in SugarMarket for very each of such a single email sent - probably the tracking is achieved only in case there is a campaign

    I appreciate you looking into it . I thought about the SendMail feature in the SugarMarket iFrame, but there are some limitations.

    First, it does not seem to support much formatting, including different fonts.

    Also, we have a signature automatically added to our emails as they go out from O365.
