In my old company CRM we used to be able to BCC an email address when we were sending an email to a client which would like the email to the clients record.
I am aware that we can do this with the archive function on sugar connect. I do find it easier just BCC and then hit send and it will go into that clients opportunity.
Wondering if sugar has this type of functionality.

This feature is available with the Email Archiving feature. Once that is enabled, you can include the provided email address on any future communication to automatically archive it to your instance.
