Hey there,
I want to automatically assign the team, based on the inbound email config.
Example:
- Email goes to Sales Inbox
- Email is imported to CRM
- Case is created from Email
- Sales Team is assigned automatically
I have configured the inbound email setting like this:

Expected result:
- Sales Team is assigned
Actual result:
- Global team is assigned
Does anybody know, why that is not working as I expect?
