Automatically assign Team to Case based on Inbound Email config

Hey there,

I want to automatically assign the team, based on the inbound email config.

Example:

  • Email goes to Sales Inbox
  • Email is imported to CRM
  • Case is created from Email
  • Sales Team is assigned automatically

I have configured the inbound email setting like this:

[Cannot add screenshot - "Post" does not work if screenshot is added  ]

Expected result:

  • Sales Team is assigned

Actual result:

  • Global team is assigned

Does anybody know, why that is not working as I expect?
