I am making a doc merge template for Quotes. I am trying to show a filed based on conditions. I followed the documents here
Filtering with Conditionals in Doc Merge - Sugar Support (sugarcrm.com)
but for some unknown reason after inserting the following:
{if billing_contact_name.name}{billing_contact_name.name}{endif}
the end result is a pdf that cannot be opened.
adding:
{#quotes} {if billing_contact_name.name}{billing_contact_name.name}{endif} {/quotes}
results in an error saying there's no relationship quotes
or a corrupted Docx file
any help would be appreciated
