HI
Does anyone know how to create a report that says how long an opp (advanced report?) has stayed in a sales stage? or maybe the date when it came to a certain sales stage and the date when it left the stage

The advanced report method is explained here:
or you can create the BPM method as explained here:

Thank you. I've created both But I was wondering if I can create a custom query where there can be custom field created to show the date when the opp came to a stage and when it left the stage?
In Sell Premier, there are enhanced forecasting reports (documentation here) that keep track of how long every opportunity stays in each sales stage for you. The link I shared shows the average days opportunities are spending in that sales stage each month, but it can certainly be adjusted to show a table that displays, for example, the opportunity, the date it transitions, and the sales stage it goes from and to.
If you are interested in learning more about this capability, reach out to your CSM or post a reply here and I'll try to help more! I'm the product manager for these reports and the technology underlying it, so I'd love to work with you to find something that works!

I cannot find Sugar Discover Dashlet? Is this where Enhanced reports are there?
My license is Sell Advanced, Sugar Automate?
Yes, the Sugar Discover dashlet is how to add the Enhanced Forecasting reports. Your license would need to be Sell Premier to be able to access it, though. I'm sorry about that. If you'd like to learn more about what upgrading to Sell Premier could get you, I suggest you reach out to your CSM or partner!
