Does Sugar Market or CRM offer a blog component?

There's not specifically a blog platform or module within Sugar, but one option would be to use the Knowledge Base to create (in Sugar) and display (externally) articles through the Sugar Portal: https://support.sugarcrm.com/Documentation/Sugar_Versions/11.3/Ent/Portal_User_Guide/#Knowledge_Base

There have also been recent updates to the dashlet for this within Sugar, depending on your version: https://support.sugarcrm.com/Documentation/Sugar_Versions/12.0/Sell/Application_Guide/User_Interface/Dashboards_Dashlets/#Knowledge_Base_Search_Dashlet
