Since our last Scoop update, we’ve been preparing exciting changes and additions to the Sugar platform. We’re very excited to show you what’s in store in our Q3 2023 release for Market, Sell, and Serve.
With the Q3 2023 release, we’re modernizing the look and feel of one of Market’s must-have functionalities for marketers and sellers: the Journey View in Sugar Sell.
Market natively integrates with Sugar Sell, so both sales and marketing teams have clear views into their customers’ journeys. Sell users can easily open the Market Journey View to access a contact’s activity and lead scoring or quickly send marketing-approved emails and add them to nurture campaigns.
Take a look at the video below and see how you can benefit from integrating Market and Sell.
With the Q3 2023 release, we’re providing Sugar Sell users with more ways to stay on top of their pipeline performance and metrics.
The Forecast Dashboard now includes a new Pipeline Metrics dashlet. This dashlet replaces and expands on the previous In Forecast dashlet to enable sellers and managers to see metrics essential to the success of their individual or team pipeline without leaving their view to build reports.
We’re also modernizing Tile View with major changes, making it easier for Sell users to interact and engage with their modules. Users can now easily switch between List View and Tile View, sort Tile View columns, see calculations at the top of columns, and drill into records they want to focus on with Focus Drawers. Additionally, we’ve modernized the Tile View UI, and enabled the view for all sidecar modules–including custom modules!
Additionally, we’re simplifying how users filter their data with dashboard filters. Starting with the Q3 2023 release, Sell users can filter the data of all dashlets in a dashboard with just a few clicks.
On the mobile app, we’re adding Caller ID, so incoming calls will display the name of the lead or contact that matches the phone number in your Sugar instance.
With the Q3 2023 release, we’re enabling Sell users to add multiple people when configuring events in the Meetings Scheduler. This addition supports scenarios where someone wants to book a meeting with a team, not a single person.
Lastly, we’re also introducing the Timeline View within our Mail & Calendar integration, so users can easily see a complete view of interactions and get more context when reaching out to their contacts.

With Q3 2023, we’re offering service agents more ways to work fast and efficiently. With out-of-the-box Action Buttons for Cases, your support team can easily claim, close, or unassign cases with a simple button click.
Combined with the newly added ability to display Action Buttons in Focus Dashboards, servicing customers has never been easier than with Sugar Serve.

The Q3 release brings several significant improvements across the Sugar platform, and we couldn’t be more excited for you to try them out. Make sure to review the Q3 2023 page in Release Central for more details about this update!
