Since our last Scoop update, we’ve been preparing major changes and additions to the Sugar platform. We’re very excited to show you what’s in store in our Q2 2023 release for Market, Sell, and Enterprise.
With Q2 2023, we’re releasing a completely overhauled Events module to deliver a simpler user experience to help our customers easily manage their virtual or in-person events in Market.
We’re also addressing our most requested update in Email Builder: the ability to control padding and spacing for each element so Market customers have more control over how they design their email campaigns.
Lastly, we’ve upgraded our Advanced Analytics offering so our customers can create visually appealing and shareable reports as well as capture actionable insights into their marketing performance.
Take a look at the video below to see what we have in store for you with the latest release for Market.
We’ve listened to customer feedback, and with the Q2 2023 release, we’ve made major customer-informed updates to our Reports Viewer experience. The new simplified reporting experience is based on the 3 main reports containers: Chart, Data Table, and Runtime filters.
The user can easily control what portion of the report they’re viewing by toggling the containers on or off. They can also drag a simple splitter to give more space to the chart or data table. As each adjustment is made, the remaining elements automatically expand, allowing the user to zoom in and out on what’s important with a single click.
This release also builds upon our new UI and gives Sugar administrators and users the ability to set the number of pinned modules on the navigation bar. With this release, the new UI is now consistent across Market, Sell, Serve, the SugarCRM mobile app, and Sugar Enterprise.
With Q2 2023, we’re also enhancing the Focus Drawer experience by enabling customers to in-line edit related records directly from the Record View Dashlet, providing two new list view filters (“is empty” and “is not empty” and adding additional default out-of-the-box filter fields for Cases, Accounts and Opportunities.
Finally, for our mobile app, we’ve added DocuSign support so that users can have the same experience across both desktop and mobile.
For Sugar Automate, our guided selling capability, users now have the ability to rearrange Smart Guides and complete tasks in fewer clicks.
Mail & Calendar integration (Sugar Connect) also gets improvements, with faster sync to Sugar Sell, email archiving and guest syncing improvements, a simplified login, and the Timeline dashlet now embedded.

Our latest release brings the new user interface we introduced in Q1 to Enterprise users. Based on Material Design principles, the redesigned UI gives users additional workspace and serves up more relevant data at their fingertips. These enhancements build on our promise of letting the Sugar platform do the work.
The new Enterprise update also benefits from the same Report Viewer enhancements introduced to Sell this release, along with Report Dashlet improvements, significant forecasting enhancements and Focus Drawer additions, and many other productivity improvements for both admins and end users.
Enterprise is also getting a major update with the addition of new service capabilities. These include the Service Console, change timers, out-of-the box workflows and reports, and more.
