Calling all on-premises customers—the 13.0 product release for Sugar Enterprise on-premises will be here on April 17. We're hosting an on-premises Enterprise-only release preview webinar this Thursday, March 16. If you haven't yet, register now! 

This post includes a reminder of the expanded functionality coming to the newest version of our on-premises solution and the resources you need when considering your upgrade path. 

Let's Talk Functionality 

Given this is the annual release for Sugar Enterprise, the solution will receive all the enhancements, upgrades, and new functionality rolled out in our cloud solutions over the last 12 months. You can explore the full breadth of improvements in this post. Some of the highlights are: 

• A redesigned user interface (UI) with left-hand navigation, a more prominent search bar, and a modern look and feel 
• Significant forecasting and pipeline worksheet, metrics, and usability improvements  
• New and improved Dropbox and DocuSign integrations  
• Added report visualizations and functionality 
• Extensive additional usability and user interface updates
• New functionality previously only available to Serve customers, including Service console and out-of-the-box reports and templates

  • Sugar Release Previews are provided to select customers, allowing you to plan and prepare customizations and integrations for upcoming Sugar releases. You can download and install pre-release builds of Sugar that you can use for test and development purposes.
