What is the best practice to disable the automatic TimeZone Updating?

You can’t disable it at the moment, but it should only be happening once. If users are sharing accounts across time zones, they’ll get that alert much more often.

Can you help us understand your use case so I can bring that to engineering?

Our application connects with various third-party applications, receiving data through APIs. The support team needs to validate date and time information, and they prefer to view this data in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). As in the previous versions, we should allow the users to change their timezone and not have it automatically updated.
