Scheduled reports to non sugar users

You should be able to use the Group users feature, as mention previously in the following post.

It's how I've been doing it for some time and works fine.

We also do this (group user to schedule reports to folk who are not actually licenced users in CRM).
 - There is an 'Idea' logged for making the scheduled reports more like a proper CRON.

But the reason I thought I would quickly reply is that if you ever plan to assign any records to your group user there is no way in the UI to disable email upon assignment, and it is enabled by default.
