Hi

I have copied on premises version from one environment training to staging and I am now getting the following error

Unknown Error

Invalid subscription json data


 

Sugarcrm.log shows the following

I click on License Management and it doesn’t let me to the page all I get is the above displaying all the time.

Any help on how to resolve this issue so I can update the license key and what license key should be used on the staging site?

    Hello Peter,

    This is related to a known bug. You can fill a case in the portal in order to get a hotfix.

    By the way you can run this two queries and validate manually your license. If you're running behind a proxy you need the hotfix.

    UPDATE config SET value = '2023-12-31' WHERE category = 'license' AND name = 'expire_date';
update config set value = null where category = ‘Update’ and name = 'CheckUpdates';
