The steps were:
PRO 10.0.3 -> PRO 10.0.4
PRO 11.0.4 -> ENT 11.0.4
ENT 11.0.4 -> ENT 12.0.1
All steps ran successfully without any big deal, no db issue or red flag or anything else.
but unable to login to sugarcrm
