12.3.0 Customized create-actions components no longer supported

Hi,

When trying to install my a package with fixes for the 12.3.0 release, I am getting the following error:

Customized create-actions components were found, which are no longer supported.

The file is located at:

/custom/modules/Leads/clients/base/layouts/create-actions/create-actions.php

I could not find anything in the the documentation: https://sugarclub.sugarcrm.com/dev-club/w/dev-tutorials/797/sugar-12-3-q1-2023-customization-guide

How to implement custom create actions from now on?

I removed the file from the package, but still get the same error. I noticed the file is located in a temp folder, so maybe it has to do with some kind of caching issue. I created a support ticket to have a look at it.
