The 3.0 release of our Upsert BPM Essentials plug-in is now available and includes a dashlet for viewing related email templates, business rules, and process definitions! Here is a sample of what the dashlet looks like on a Process Definition record view:
Similarly, if you add the dashlet to the Process Email Templates or Process Business Rules record view, you will see any process definitions currently using that record in its design:
It's not clear if you are looking for a UI-based solution for your use case. If you are, our plug-in is at a great price point and includes a number of other features to make SugarBPM even more powerful.
