A common scenario is to design a SugarLogic field which contains a date reference relative to today, e.g. an "Age" field which is derived from the contact's DOB. It would be helpful to be able to edit or delete comments in the comment log. A lot of times people type a comment and save it and then notice that they made a typo or want to edit for some other reason. Also, if you could pull the comment log into reports would be awesome too.

Some users find it a challenge to set up and use filters. As an administrator, I want to define the criteria and name for a filter and then "publish" these for use by users based on their team. All predefined filters could then appear in a separate subsection when the list of filters is shown by clicking the Filter droplist.

It would be great to have the ability to organize reports we build into folders/ subfolders for easy reference when searching through existing reports. I know we are able to build Dashboards and group reports that way, but it would be a helpful feature when viewing all reports. Thanks!

I reference the formula tooltips all the time: I would like to request the following: 1) Please keep them open indefinitely as long as your mouse stays hovered over the formula icon. The Comment field in Sugar objects, Account, Leads and Contacts is great in that you can collaborate from a specific record; however, the alert in the email tells the user nothing about the comment. If you are getting 1 to 2 per day, it's no big deal but if you get several a day it would be extremely helpful to note the record type and name. I have a row in a Record View layout with a field on the left side that is visible or not based on a formula. There is a (filler) on the right side. When the field is not visible, I want the whole row to disappear so as not to have unwanted white-space in the screen.
