Feature Enhancements
The following features have been deployed in release 21.19 of Sugar Market.
- Dynamic Distribution Lists: This release introduces Dynamic Distribution Lists to Sugar Market instances that are integrated with SugarCRM. These lists allow marketers to create segments in Sugar Market based on any of the information available in SugarCRM. Dynamic Distribution lists can be updated automatically so the right contacts are continually targeted without any manual intervention. This can be used for both inclusion and exclusion of email campaigns, nurtures, and in "list checker" steps in nurtures. Regardless of where precise targeting is needed, dynamic distribution lists can be employed to make sure the right message is getting to the right person.
- Compatibility with SugarCRM V11.2.0: This current bundle has been validated for compatibility with SugarCRM V11.2.0; there is no update required.
Improvements
The following issues reported to SugarCRM have been resolved in this version of Sugar Market. Case portal users can use the following links for more details about each issue:
- 87830: Clicking a legacy landing page link in emails sent from Email Builder 1.0 or Email Builder 2.0 results in a 503 error.
- 88154: Some emails are sent in duplicate from nurtures that have the "Allow duplicates" setting disabled.
