On Saturday, August 6th, 2022, beginning at 17:00 US Pacific Time, the Operations team will be performing maintenance to the SugarCloud environment that is expected to incur some downtime for our customers. This work will occur during our scheduled weekly maintenance window. Maintenance is expected to be complete by the end of our window at 02:00 US Pacific Time on Sunday, August 7th, 2022.
What Can You Expect During This Window?
Customers hosted on the following regions in our cloud environment will experience brief periods of downtime or degraded performance during the maintenance window.
