May i ask if Zoiper https://www.zoiper.com [VoIP/SIP services] can be integrated with Sugar?
i'd like to get the phone to track case requests and provide support. Is it possible to have some features of Sugar Live (e.g. a popup that occurs when a customer calls Support) available for the integration between Sugar and Zopier, which also allow the team to dial a phone number directly in Sugar.
Do you know how can we integrate this?
