When entering full edit mode, the page scrolls to the subpanels at the bottom of the page.
This is somewhat annoying as most people moving to full edit are interested in the record, not the subpanels.
This is happening in my highly customized Pro v11.0.3 but not in clean Ent v12
(Yes, I know, upgrade! Working on it... still...)
Any thoughts on what I may have done in my customizations to cause this? Or is it a v11 bug?
